By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.

Payment

★ I take payment before the art is delivered. This is not negotiable.
★ I will not begin work until I am paid.
★ I will not do payment plans or "segmented" payments. Payment is required in full at the time of the artwork being finished.

Cancelations, edits, and concerns

★ Full refunds available before the sketch is started. After the sketch is approved, you are only eligable for a 50% refund.
★ You can request as many edits as you wish, but I have the right to decline at will.
★ At any point, I may cancel or decline the commission for any reason I deem fit, and you are not obligated to know the reason why.

Usage

With my artwork, you may:

★ Post it to your social media WITH credit
★ Use for personal merchandise, such as single order pins, t-shirts, pillows, etc.
★ Use as a reference for future commissioned artwork.

I retain the rights to my artwork, and if you desire to keep your piece off of my socials, you must pay a "Privacy Fee" that covers the exposure I lose out on by keeping the piece private.

With my artwork, you may NOT:

★ Post it to your social media WITHOUT credit
★ Use for COMMERCIAL advertisements or other for-profit activities or projects.
★ Use for COMMERCIAL merchandise, such as bulk order pins, t-shirts, pillows, etc. with the intent to turn a profit.
★ Make edits to the artwork without my prior permission
★ Claim as your own artwork
★ Use my artwork for blockchain or AI technology, including but not limited to cryptocurrency, AI art, or NFTs.
★ Trace my artwork to make "bases."If you wish to use the art for any of the above purposes, please ask about an additional "commercial use" charge to be applied to your purchase.If you're not sure if your desired usage falls on the list above, ask!

Once blacklisted, you may continue to use the art purchased from me. Blacklisting is private and simply means I will decline any future commissions.
